When it launched in 1999, Ember Inns created a whole new experience for pub-goers that set the trend of local pubs for the next decade. Like all trend-setters though, you are open to copycats and due to this, Ember had lost what had made it special in the first place…its experience. Our objective was to bring this back, starting with the wine offer.
