Our redesign for Tesco Hosiery packaging made it easier for customers to make a repeat purchase. By looking at the supermarket customer journey we managed to shorten the consumer decision making time when it came to buying non-food items. This brought about a sales uplift for Tesco, so much so that competitor brands started to take note, resulting in them re-packaging their ranges just months later.
